INSURANCE

Atlas Physical Therapy accepts most major insurance plans. We are a participating provider in the Medicare program but at this time do not participate in the Medicaid program. We accept all Commercial Insurance, Workers’ Compensation, Auto Insurance, and Letters of Protection. We are participating providers for most major group plans. Physical therapy benefits are sometimes a separate benefit from your normal “office visit” co pay.  Some plans require only a co pay while others require you to meet your deductible and then a certain amount of coinsurance until your out-of-pocket maximum has been met. Some plans require prior authorization or have a visit or dollar amount limitation placed on a plan year.  Please contact us if you need help in determining your insurance benefits.

We also offer affordable options for patients who choose to pay for services directly.
